Our designers are experienced , degreed engineers with the capability to "by-hand" place and route your boards efficiently, minimizing the need for multiple place and route iterations (autoroutin3 is an option at customer request) . We have completed layouts from high speed digital, RF and mixed signal through high power switching power supply designs on mutilayer glass, polyamide, rigid-flex and substrate materials. It is a similar sort of technology used in other digital items, for example digital hearing aids and such like. Our engineering knowledge allows use to address with reliability as a goal, the issues of microstrip/stripline, microvias, blind/buried vias etc. prevalent in today's small footprint (bga ,ubga, flipchip) designs.
